CatCom wants to help you when and where you need service no matter when or where that is.

How does CatCom stand behind its work?
We guarantee our PC services work for 30 days from date of service. All home theater and television installation packages come with a 1 year guarantee on installation workmanship. In the event you do have a problem, we will work swiftly to remedy your problem at no additional cost. Simply give us a call.

Is there anything I need to do before I have a CatCom technician visit my home?
Just make sure an adult, a person 18 years of age or older, is present during the entire time period that CatCom is in your home. The CatCom technician will also need your consent to enter your residence, a safe working environment, and full access to what technology products they will be working on. Upon arrival, the CatCom technician will provide you with proper identification. Our people are highly trained professionals and technology experts, and our white glove service ensures that we treat your home with the utmost respect.

What methods of payment may I use?
CatCom accepts most major credit cards (with an additional processing fee), cash, checks, and CatCom Gift Certificates.
